What sealing products does BOSS Sealing Solutions manufacture?
We manufacture FEP/PFA encapsulated o-rings, rubber o-rings, FFKM o-rings, hydraulic rod and piston seals, pneumatic seals, wipers, guide rings and wear rings, spring energized PTFE seals, rotary shaft seals, seal kits, and custom PEEK/PTFE/PU plastic seals.
Can you make custom seals from my drawing or sample?
Yes. Custom production from drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP) or physical samples is our core service. There is no minimum order quantity for custom parts — prototypes and small batches are welcome.
Which materials do you offer?
NBR, HNBR, FKM (Viton), EPDM, silicone (VMQ), CR, polyurethane (PU), FFKM, FEP/PFA, PTFE, PEEK, POM and UHMW-PE. Our engineers help you select the right material based on temperature, media and pressure.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Standard o-rings and seals can be ordered in small quantities from stock. For custom-molded parts the MOQ depends on size and material — usually from 100 pieces; prototype orders are also accepted.
Do you provide material certificates and test reports?
Yes. RoHS, REACH and FDA compliant materials are available, and we can provide material certificates and dimensional inspection reports with your shipment.
What is your lead time?
Stock items are usually shipped within 2-3 working days. Custom-molded parts typically take 15-25 days depending on size, material and quantity. Urgent orders can be expedited — just let us know your deadline.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We export to more than 30 countries by express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air and sea freight. Free samples of standard items are available — you only pay the freight.
